Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be quoted to the customer via email.
International Orders - We email the customer with a shipping quote. Should a product not be available for international shipment for any reason, we will notify the customer via email.

You may return the TrendyCat™ products for any reason, under the following conditions:
- The furniture is brand new and unused
- The furniture is in resale-able condition
- The furniture is returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
Please follow these instructions:
Email us with your original order and a request to return the product. We will email you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You must receive this RMA number from us in order to return the product. Fedex will pick up the product for return to the factory.
You must have the product securely packaged and sealed in the original box.
My Three Cats & Co, Inc. or its agents will not pay for shipping and handling of the return item. Your credit card will be charged for the return shipping and handling charges.
Shipping Damage:
Cat furniture from My Three Cats & Co. is carefully prepared, packed and secured for safe transit and delivery. Freight damage is a rare occasion. On the unusual occurrence of freight damage, the freight damage policies of Fedex or our carrier must be followed.
My Three Cats & Co. will repair or replace at no additional charge, any item damaged in transit by Fedex or our carrier. Freight damage claims must be promptly and properly processed. My Three Cats & Co. must be notified via email of such defect or damage within three (3) days of initial receipt. The item must be returned unused in its original packaging. We will promptly restore or replace the damaged item.
