My cats LOVED the Undercover Mouse toy. My tom cat Max typically doesn't play with toys (it's beneath him) but he played and played with the mouse. He now stands in the middle of the room and stares at us waiting for one of us to put the toy on the floor for him. Our little girl Molly plays with everything and thinks this is the greatest thing that ever happened. My husband I laughed all weekend.

I just wanted to let you know the water fountain was a big hit. She just loves it. Thanks again for bringing it in and showing me how to set it up. Of course, she couldn't wait til the water came out of the bottle so that the fountain part would start. Her whole head was under it when it started to trickle. She doesn't mind water hitting her on the head. She just pawed it off and continued on.
Oh, and the mouse was also a lot of fun. We threw it all over the house Saturday and Sunday. I think she sent it under the couch, so I'll have to pull that out now. Too funny.

Needless to say when I discovered the package outside this morning it was soaking wet. The box was falling apart in my hands! The feared the worst. I just want to tell you how happy I am with this remedy. I got my cat back in September from a shelter and he has been on all kinds of antibiotics trying to help him stop his sneezing. I received the order on Tuesday. (Very good service!) I was in the process of opening the box when my bad cat (WInnie) appeared putting her paws up on the dining room table. I opened the box of bananas & set them on the table. I was putting the filters in the pantry & when I turned around she was on top of the table picking up the whole plastic bag in her mouth! Needless to say, she liked them. I bought the banana's because Casey, my big baby Maine Coon loves them. He is content again, using the banana as his chin rest.

Charlie's Litter Box and Perfect Litter Mat at the BEST things I have ever purchased for my cats!!!! My girls, Lucy and Ethel have always used the "standard" square litter pan so I was a little reluctant to switch to a covered box, but because they had been "missing" the box lately (front paws in, backside hanging out) and peeing on the rug outside the box...I was desperate to find something that would encourage them to "do the doo" properly again. Anyway...the minute the box arrived, I set it up...eager to see if the girls would adapt. It took less than five minutes!! Ethel, the picky one took to it immediately, Lucy followed shortly after supper. The boxes' high sides and cover prevent the "hangover" issue, keeping all inside as designed. I LOVE the smoooth construction with sloping sides (no corners to collect "stuff" to dig out). Scooping is SO easy, "stuff" doesn't stick to the box!! and my girls seem to enjoy the cover...never knew they were shy about the box!! HOORAY!!
The Perfect Litter Mat is just that!! PERFECT. I have very little litter tracked off the mat onto the vinyl floor, and vacuuming and wipe down is simple.
The odor discs are wonderful! As much as I LOVE our girls, I don't want the first thing people say to me when they come into our home, "oh you have cats...". I cannot STAND litter box odor and those discs are WONDERFUL!! My days of plug ins and sprays are OVER. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! for superior products and terrific service. My purchase has DEFINITELY been worth the money! I will recommend your website to all the cat lovers I know.

OHMYGOSH!!! She finally did it. Clementine got up in the high perch today - with a little help from me - she never was too good with upclimbing or downclimbing - but after we got her up there, she started to take a bath (that's always a good sign) then laid down and took a nap. Just two days after ordering the Scratch Lounge, the very neat package arrived. Giorgi stood on the kitchen counter as I opened it. He must have smelled the powerful catnip inside as he couldn't wait for me to open it. When all was ready, he investigated and promptly entered and began scratching the inviting surfaces of his new lounge.
