Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be quoted to the customer via email. The larger items such as Kittywalk systems and strollers, cat furniture, cat beds and igloos and litter boxes and accessories that can be shipped to these locations will be shipped either via UPS or Fedex and delivery timeframe is approximately 7 to 14 days.
International Orders - We email the customer with a shipping quote. We generally ship Global Priority Mail (6-10 business days) or Global Express Mail (3-5 business days) on products that ship internationally. For larger products such as litter boxes, cat carriers, Kittywalk systems and strollers, cat igloos and beds either UPS or Fedex will be used. Should a product not be available for international shipment for any reason, we will notify the customer via email.

Shipping & Handling Fees
- All Cat Furniture (CF-001) is quoted with a return phone call or email to the customer. UPS, Fed Ex or Common Carrier is used, depending on the size and model of furniture. Lotus Cat Trees are shipped within the continental U.S. at a flat rate of $35.00 for the Little Lotus and $40.00 for the Lotus.
