All shipping and handling for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be quoted to the customer via email. Larger items such as Kittywalk systems and strollers, cat furniture, cat beds and igloos and litter boxes and accessories may not be available for shipment to these locations. International Orders - We generally ship USPS Priority International Mail (approximately 6-10 business days delivery) or USPS Global Express Mail (approximately 3-5 business days delivery) on products that ship internationally. Larger and heavier products such as cat furniture may not be available for international shipment. For larger products that are available for international shipment, UPS or Fedex may be used.
