This multiple generation family of silversmiths founded the company in 1979. They have a long, impressive history of custom designed and handcrafted Sterling Silver Jewelry. One of the founder’s talents have been recognized by the American Institute of Architects which awarded him a Gold Medal. He was also the first American silversmith inducted into the Goldsmith’s Company in London.

Over the years, Hand & Hammer Silversmiths have been commissioned to design and make presentation silver for every president since Kennedy, and presentation silver has been made for many foreign dignitaries as well.
