There are very few truly eco-friendly options when shopping for cat furniture. These products are handcrafted in the U.S. from sustainably harvested, untreated wood and sisal rope. No carpet is used.

→Mountain Cat Trees are made using natural wood. Because each cat tree is handcrafted, no two are the same. Variations in the color and texture of the wood can be expected.

→The wood of the 'tree' used in our Cat Trees and Incline Scratcher with Tree now comes with a non toxic and environmentally safe clear coat finish. This finish is pet safe, has no odor and helps prolong the life of the tree.

→Base is made from textured pine and comes with sisal rope trim.
→Trees are locally harvested birch with the bark removed.
→Each platform is bordered with 1/2 inch sisal rope for a defined edge.
→The trees are accented with sisal rope.
→No tip design ensures stability and rubber feet prevent sliding on hard floors or carpet.
→Each comes with one 23" sisal rope scratching post that is attached vertically.

→Easy assembly requires only a phillip's screwdriver. Detailed instructions included.

This product is guaranteed against structural defects and breaking under normal use. These guidelines must be followed:

This product is designed to support cats of up to 25 lbs.

This product is for indoor use only and should not be placed in an area where it could get wet.

This product should be kept away from extreme heat such as woodstoves or radiators.

Children should not climb on this product.

This product should not be carried or lifted by the platforms.

Since this cat furniture is crafted while the tree is still green, it is possible that over time, small cracks will appear in the wood of the tree as it dries. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the furniture.
