For Defects: Customers will be reimbursed if a product is found to be defective. Please notify us of returns on the basis of a defect within 5 days of receiving the item. The product must reach us within 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping costs.
If a products fails or breaks under normal use we will refund the customer minus shipping costs.
For Other Returns: Products must be in unused condition free from scratches or cat hair. We should be notified of returns within 5 days of customer receiving the item and the product must reach us within 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been taken out of its packaging and introduced to a cat. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the basis that the cat is not using the product. Customer should keep original packaging to return an item.
Shipping Damage:
Cat furniture from My Three Cats & Co. is carefully prepared, packed and secured for safe transit and delivery. Freight damage is a rare occasion. On the unusual occurrence of freight damage, the freight damage policies of Fedex or our carrier must be followed.
My Three Cats & Co. will repair or replace at no additional charge, any item damaged in transit by Fedex or our carrier. Freight damage claims must be promptly and properly processed. My Three Cats & Co. must be notified via email of such defect or damage within three (3) days of initial receipt. The item must be returned unused in its original packaging. We will promptly restore or replace the damaged item.
