The Cat Quarters is shipped via UPS. Tracking numbers are provided at shipment. Orders typically ship within 48 hours.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization and a restocking fee of 15%.
Product must be in resalable condition, free of pet hair, and perfectly clean in order for a refund to be granted.
If requested, we will do our best to cancel orders placed within 30 minutes of notification. Cancellation is not permitted once the product has shipped. Refusing delivery for any other reason besides shipment damage will incur a 25% refusal fee.
